About the Instructor:
Elizabeth Rose is a dancer and teacher passionate about expressive, imaginative movement. Her teaching blends strong technical foundations with artistic exploration, guiding dancers to move with confidence, presence, and emotional depth.
Drawing from ballet and fusion dance styles, Elizabeth emphasizes mindful body mechanics, clear instruction, and creating a space where dancers can safely explore what works for their own bodies. Her classes focus not only on mastering choreography but also on cultivating musicality, expression, and a commanding stage presence.
Elizabeth wholeheartedly believes that dance is for every body—regardless of age, gender, shape, or size. Whether you are seeking a great workout, a creative outlet, an ongoing artistic journey, or a joyful and supportive community, you are warmly welcomed.

A crash course into techniques and visualization cues to sculpt smooth, graceful hand and wrist gestures and beautifully seamless arm pathways - infusing them with a newfound fluidity. Refine shoulder alignment, torso engagement, and overall upper body posture. Harness the power of breath and intention to unlock the innate elegance residing within each of us.
Datura Style™ Combos Workshop
Datura Style™ Belly Dance, Rachel Brice’s approach to fusion style belly dance, is characterized by dramatic isolations, powerful group and solo performances, and strong technique. In this workshop, learn some of the gooey-est fundamental movements and skills to gain added control over your musculoskeletal system.
We'll cover technique and movement combinations, focusing on the slow and sinuous side of Datura's vocabulary. These combinations feature juicy hip work, twists, undulations and hypnotic serpentine moves that can easily be inserted into your own personal practice, improvisation, or choreography. We’re going to dig deep into slow technique.
Elysian Dream - An Immersive Fusion Dance Intensive & Performance Project
Step into a gilded, transcendent world where ancient myth meets fantasy movement. Over the course of this full-day intensive, you’ll explore sinuous isolations, flowing upper-body artistry, and evocative combinations that awaken your spirit.
Join us for Elysian Dream, a fantasy fusion Datura Style™ choreography where smooth, gooey movements meet sharp accents and dynamic isolations to create a powerful, electrifying energy.
